Stan Garfield is a knowledge management author, speaker, and community leader based in Northville, Michigan. He has worked in the field of knowledge management for over 25 years.
Stan spent 8 years at Deloitte leading communities and enterprise social networking. Prior to that, he spent 25 years at HP, Compaq, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Stan launched Digital's first knowledge management program in 1996, helped develop the corporate KM strategy for Compaq, and led the Worldwide Consulting & Integration Knowledge Management Program for HP. He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, St. Louis University School of Medicine, and Washington University School of Medicine.
Stan holds a BS in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He leads the SIKM Leaders Community (which he founded) with over 1,100 members globally, and is invited to present at numerous conferences, including the Midwest KM Symposium (which he founded) and KMWorld. Stan has published over 900 articles on leadership, innovation, knowledge management, communities of practice, enterprise social networks, and social media. He is the author of the Profiles in Knowledge series featuring knowledge management thought leaders.

Dr. Amy Rosellini is a distinguished Human Resources consultant specializing in organizational
learning and human capital strategy. Since 2013, Amy has led RLT Impact, a consulting firm
offering fractional CHRO and learning services. With over two decades of experience spanning
diverse industries including manufacturing, retail, construction, real estate, and financial
services, Amy excels in designing impactful knowledge management strategies to enhance
corporate learning.
Amy also chairs a CEO Advisory group in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, convening monthly
to tackle pressing business challenges. She is deeply involved in facilitating strategic planning,
executive coaching, and leadership development initiatives nationwide, fostering robust talent
planning and bolstering employee engagement.
Educationally, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, a Master’s
degree from the University of North Texas, and completed her Ph.D. in Information Science
from UNT in 2020. She remains actively engaged with the academic community, serving as
adjunct faculty at the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business, SMU Cox

Dr. Hemachandran Kannan holds the position of Director at the AI Research Centre, Associate Dean, School of Business and serves as the Area Chair of the Analytics Department at Woxsen University. His academic journey includes the completion of a Ph.D. with a focus on Embedded Systems.
Beyond academia, he stands as an ambassador for the AI Accelerator Institute and lends his expertise as an Advisory Board member to several esteemed international and national companies, including AptAI Labs (USA) and Agzitence Pvt. Ltd. Notably, he has been a prominent figure at various national and international scientific conferences and summits, where he has not only shared his insights but also enriched these events as an effective resource person.
